FOOD VENDORS

1) Rockstarr BBQ (Helena, MT): Now in our fifth year of business, from active food truck to one of the leading catering companies in Helena. Stop by for your elevated burgers, brats, dogs, and gourmet BBQ rice bowls! See you soon!

2) Georgettes Galettes (Billings, MT): Georgette’s Galettes are a ready-to-eat Belgian waffle treat with a soft, sweet, buttery vanilla flavor and a surprising crunch. Also, with Ruby Raspberry & Dark Belgium chocolate drizzle. Cool off with gourmet galette Ice Cream Sandwiches made with your favorite flavors – Huckleberry, Chocolate, Strawberry, and Vanilla. So good, it’s dangerous!

3) Golden Wok (Missoula, MT): Asian fast food such as stir-fried noodles, chicken teriyaki, sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, and egg rolls. Menu prices range from $10 – $13.

4) O’Houli’s Kettlecorn (Kellogg, ID): As a company, we believe in providing the best product possible at the best price possible. That is why we charge only $5. We don’t sell kettlecorn; we make friends. Kettlecorn will sell itself. We have a lot of friends.

5) Jawbone Group (White Sulphur Springs, MT): Jawbone Group operates Bar 47, The Jawbone, The Old Post (Missoula), and The Durham (Polson). Famous for our pulled pork nachos, people travel from all over the state to order the famous Bar 47 Pulled Pork Nachos in White Sulphur Springs!

6) Flare Pops (Polson, MT): Inspired by the paletas we enjoyed while in Mexico, our farm-to-paleta treats are created with berries and herbs grown by us at Fresh Roots Farm. We are dedicated to sustainability in growing our produce and in choosing ingredients and packaging.

7) Z’s Gyros (Bozeman, MT): The best of the Mediterranean, in a cow pasture!  If you hunger for fresh, fast, and delicious, tuck into a legendary Z’s gyro or falafel.  You’ve been waiting for a Z’s gyro all year, we’re here! Come and get one!

9) PurpleGold (Great Falls, MT): We specialize in slinging the most delicious & refreshing acai bowls! We’re all about good-for-you food that tastes even better & have been voted Best Food Truck in Great Falls for five years in a row. More than a purple berry…it’s PurpleGold! FEED YA SOON!

10) Island Noodles (Bozeman, MT): Over 21 wok-fired fresh vegetables cooked in our signature Island Sauce with Buckwheat Yakisoba noodles. Island Noodles are vegan and gluten free. Teriyaki chicken can be chosen as a protein option. Our signature teriyaki chicken is cooked and held separately. $14.

11) Full Curl Smokers (Hobson, MT): Full Curl Smokers is Texas Style BBQ at its best. We pride ourselves on our slow-smoked meats with the best bark in the state. We also provide our own unique spin on the old fashion favorites!

12) The Rollin’ Donut (Billings, MT): Fresh mini donuts – sold by the dozen or a bucket. Various drinks, consisting of hot and iced coffee, flavored coffees, Italian cream sodas, ice tea, Arnold Palmer ice tea, and lemonade.  New dessert item called Donut Delight – check us out!

13) Showdown Pizza (Neihart, MT): Showdown Montana’s Outta-Bounds Pizza Bus offers a 7ft wood-fired oven cooking delicious pizzas & breadsticks, fresh to order! Available slopeside at Showdown during the winter, at The Edith hotel in WSS during the summer, & now coming to the festival grounds!

14) Tropical Sno (Helena, MT): Tropical Sno is a locally owned & operated shave ice company. We have the most incredibly soft, Hawaiian-style shave ice snocone in over 20 first-class, mouth-watering flavors and can be topped with cream or candies. We also offer frozen lemonade as well as fresh squeezed lemonade.

 15) Porteus BBQ (Columbia Falls, MT): Serving your favorite BBQ, Pulled Pork, Smoked Brisket & Smoked Ribs. Look for us when you are hungry.

16) Goloso Gourmet Soft Serve (Helena, MT): Gourmet soft serve to satisfy your sweet tooth! Our soft serve is made by hand using all natural flavors and high-quality ingredients imported straight from Italy. Goloso: it’s Italian for sweet tooth, and we can’t wait to serve you!

17) Wild Horse Espresso (Red Lodge, MT): Wild Horse Espresso is here to proudly serve all your coffee and caffeine needs. Wake up your Wild with the best coffee the West has to offer.

18) WSS Rotary (White Sulphur Springs, MT):  Selling ice by the bag from our booth, and also delivering throughout the festival and campgrounds! Rotary is an international club that works to support and improve our community and the world.

SERVICE VENDORS

Triangle Communications (Statewide, MT):  Triangle Communication is proud to sponsor the festival and provide Wi-Fi to certain areas of the festival grounds.  Stay connected all weekend long for $15 or buy a day pass for $7 (fees are per device).

 

CAMPGROUND VENDORS

Yellowstone Coffee Roasters (Bozeman, MT): Located in the CAMPGROUND at G3 near the entrance to the Festival. Serving up espresso drinks, hot drip, cold brew, and flapjacks in the Red Ants Pants campground! Get your mornin’ rollin’ with fresh coffees roasted on our family’s homestead on the Bozeman Pass.

 Crazy Creek Chairs (Red Lodge, MT): Located in the CAMPGROUND at G3 near the entrance to the Festival. Crazy Creek Chairs – a festivalgoer’s best friend! Lightweight, easy to carry and extra durable, take your Crazy Creek everywhere and “Just Sit There”! All proceeds of sales go to the Red Ants Pants Foundation!

 Wild Productions (Anywhere, USA): Located in the CAMPGROUND near all the glamping tents at H1/H2. Our Montana-based, woman-owned merch line sells custom printed trucker hats and t-shirts at events. Also, enjoy your time at the festival under luxurious canvas tents furnished with real beds, natural linens, and everything you need to be comfortable all four nights of your stay. 1) Red Ants Pants (White Sulphur Springs, MT): Finally…workwear for women! Come on by for pants, shorts, belts, hoodies, aprons, and new tees, silk scarves, and flannel work shirts! Plenty of room to try everything on.  And all our products are Made in the USA!

2) April Hale Jewelry (Stevensville, MT): In business since 2005, April Hale makes sustainable, handcrafted jewelry from a minimum of 50% reclaimed materials by combining blacksmithing, enameling, and fine silversmithing into a contemporary, nature-inspired aesthetic.

3) Pacific Northwest Carry (Longview, WA): For the past several years I have been making one-of-a-kind western bags from repurposed materials.  From the gathering of the vintage and beautiful textiles and leathers to the design and assembly, I do it all.

4) Cofer Hat Company (Livingston, MT): John and Gina Cofer of Cofer Hat Company craft custom beaver felt hats from scratch, creating one-of-a-kind, heirloom pieces. The business originated in a small airstream trailer and now operates out of a home shop in southwest MT.

5) Berry Clay Co (Bozeman, MT): Howdy! Berry here. I’m a proud Montana-based artist crafting up polymer clay earrings & bolo ties. I draw inspiration from my natural born sass, my background in horticulture, and of course, Montana’s rich western culture.

6) Shooting Star Saddlery (Niarada, MT): Shooting Star Saddlery is dedicated to making the finest products using the best leathers available. Maker Jeff Morrow has been making saddles, chaps, gun leather, and personal items for nearly 40 years. Come by the tipi and say hello!

7) West Winds Jewelry (East Glacier, MT):Specializing in loom-beaded hatbands and bracelets; hand-beaded earrings and necklaces. Deeply inspired by the Rocky Mountains, each meticulously crafted piece showcases intricate landscapes and patterns. Lovingly handmade to enhance your style with a touch of natural beauty and elegance.

8) Montana Lathe and Chisel (Bearcreek, MT): Handmade, one-of-a-kind culinary wood items including bowls, boards, rolling pins, and vases, using everything from weathered juniper fence posts to exotic hardwoods.

10) EiC Jewelry (Missoula, MT): Elizabeth Costigan designs in response to the world around her.  The lessons of life that she wants to remember are embedded in her designs – in their names, shapes, and spirit.

11) Echos (Manhattan, MT): At Echos, we specialize in unique, custom-made, repurposed clothing created from old jeans and shirts including skirts, crop tops, tube tops and halter tops.  Sizes range from kids and women sizes 2-26.

12) Sterling Jule’s – Back Road Studio (Manhattan, MT): This family of three women have come together to create a line of wearable art made from sterling silver embellished with natural stone, pearls, gemstones, fossils, and upcycled leather. Our style is inspired by Montana back roads and natural elements.

13) Howard Zehntner Horseshoe Nail Art (White Sulphur Springs, MT): Howard was born and raised within sight of the festival grounds on his family ranch. He has been welding most of his life, making needed items for the ranch and then worked his way into art objects specializing in horseshoe nails and at the festival, red ant pins.

14) Red Ants Pants Foundation (White Sulphur Springs, MT):  Our mission is to develop and expand leadership roles for women, preserve and support working family farms and ranches, and enrich and promote rural communities. Come learn more about our work, participate in our guitar and 50/50 raffles, and hear about our Girls Leadership Program (GLP) from our alumnae!

15) Briggs Beard Co. (Missoula, MT):  Friday/Saturday only! Briggs Beard Co. is a beard and body care company that specializes in all-natural products that are great for every hair and skin type. Briggs strives to provide high-quality oils and balms while reducing their environmental impact with every batch.

16) White Oak Chair Company (Bozeman, MT): Where unique, playful style meets portable outdoor quality seating.  Designed, tested, and handcrafted in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem our chairs provide a high level of craftsmanship for years of outdoor adventures. Created by Courtney and Joe in Bozeman, Montana.

17) Windy Raven (Three Forks, MT): After inheriting some basic leather carving tools, I started to blend my love of functional design with bold carvings. I carve a mix of western florals to modern tattoo styles on everything from wallets and purses to journals and earrings.

18) Mayd2fly (Cody, WY): Mayd2fly is jewelry with the same rugged elegance of our motherland & the strong folk she formed. I live among rough characters & wild beauty. I aim to inspire adorning, which helps you discover you, too, are made to fly.

19) Haley Piatte Art & Design (Livingston, MT): Living in Montana has provided me with so many amazing life experiences and opportunities. Each work of art I create is a recall to a memory and has a story behind it that I hope each viewer can resonate with.

20) True South Wood Designs (Florence, MT): Wood pyrography artist Jenna Forest creates art inspired by travel, adventure, nature, and conservation. From wall-hanging portraits, picture frames, spoons, and charcuterie boards, to ornaments, coasters, and wood jewelry – art made by fire!

21) Crazy Woman Trading & Seven Bear Studio (Big Timber, MT): Jewelry created by hand using upcycled vintage materials such as tin canisters, license plates, found objects, beverage cans, Montana river rocks, and toys.  Inspiration comes from my natural surroundings. Created in the foothills of the Crazy Mountains of Montana.

22) Juju Gear (Bozeman, MT): Started by three Montana women, Juju Gear has been creating unique, stylish, and comfortable upcycled clothing produced entirely in Montana for over 12 years.

23) Needle and Axe (North Fork, MT): Needle and Axe maker Jane is slinging stitches on a treadle sewing machine, a perfect tool for intentional slow sewing. Her commitment to the natural world and low impact living influences her creative process and the growing assortment of pieces she makes.

24) JRock Jewelry (Townsend, MT): At JRock Jewelry we love all things bling! We hand make every heirloom piece right in our shop in Townsend. We believe that when you create passionately, people can feel that. Putting smiles on other people’s faces is our mission! Check out our in-booth bangle stamping for a custom piece.

25) DirtWork by Joni (Belt, MT): Hi, I’m Joni and I paint with dirt…yup…dirt! I gather dirt from across Montana and beyond. Each piece has its own story to tell with dirt that has “seen” a lot of history. Wildlife, ag-life, flowers, and more.

26) Recaps (Cashmere, WA): Recaps designs and crafts one-of-a-kind hats, featuring hand-carved block print art, printed on recycled and reclaimed materials. No two hats are the same, so people can choose a hat as unique as they are!

27) In Your Element Designs (Kalispell, MT): Handmade and small batch jewelry created for the adventure seeker, the nature lover, inspiring and watering the soul, grounding your core with solid craftsmanship.

28) Bella’s Bones (Emigrant, MT): Bella’s Bones combines our love of dogs and our love of roaming the Montana mountains with a bit of creativity to produce functional works of antler art with elk and deer sheds found by Bella and her friends.

29) Hannah Dunn ART (West Glacier, MT): I am a Montanan from birth, raised outside on our family ranch near the Bob Marshall Wilderness. I served in the Navy where I met my husband and now back to raise our kids in West Glacier where nature inspires!

30) Moondance Artwork (Missoula, MT): I have created copper artwork for years. The by-product is copper scrap & I use these to design jewelry. My patina copper is stained by hand. My goal – each customer is wearing an original piece of art.

31) Nature’s Second Chance Creations (Livingston, MT): Nature’s Second Chance Creations makes one-of-a-kind pieces featuring wood. We offer tables, lamps, candle holders, coaster sets; cutting and charcuterie boards; cribbage, chess, and checkerboards; key, coat, and towels racks; wall décor, and many more items. 32) Tree of Life Doula Family Care Tent (Bozeman, MT): Are you a new mom? Come settle into this clean, cozy, and accessible area to nurse and change your baby, right next to our Kids Tent. Kelli and her team are Certified Lactation Counselors as well as doulas, so don’t hesitate to bring your feeding or newborn questions!

33) Meagher County Rodeo Club (White Sulphur Springs, MT): White Sulphur Springs, Montana hosts a two-day, action-packed professional rodeo Sunday and Monday every Labor Day weekend. We would love to have you join us for two rodeo performances, a street dance on Sunday night, and a hometown parade on Monday.

34) Rocky Mountain Songwriter Festivals, Inc. (Whitefish & Red Lodge, MT and Cody, WY):  We are a non-profit 501c3 organization that produces three songwriter festivals. These multi-day festivals will engage over 200 songwriters, produce over 80 shows, conduct a contest for aspiring songwriters, and hold a workshop for songwriters to hone their craft.
