FOOD VENDORS

1) HeleBurger (Helena, MT): Now in our sixth year of business, with two food trucks to one of the leading catering companies in Helena. Stop by for your elevated gourmet burgers, brats, and dogs with our signature brioche buns from Helena’s Grateful Bread Bakery!

2) The Sodabox (Florence, MT): Custom gourmet sodas using traditional sodas mixed with options of syrups, purees, Lotus plant-based energy, and creams to create delicious and refreshing drinks!

3) Golden Wok (Missoula, MT): Asian fast food such as stir-fried noodles, chicken teriyaki, sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, and egg rolls. Menu prices range from $10 – $15.

4) O’Houli’s Kettlecorn (Kellogg, ID): As a company, we believe in providing the best product possible at the best price possible. That is why we charge only $5. We don’t sell kettlecorn; we make friends. Kettlecorn will sell itself. We have a lot of friends.

5) Bar 47 (White Sulphur Springs, MT): Located on Main Street in the heart of White Sulphur Springs, Bar 47 is a fun welcoming bar and restaurant brimming with western flavor and small town hospitality. Our nachos have put us on the map!

6) Tropical Sno (Helena, MT): Tropical Sno is an incredibly soft Hawaiian-style shave ice. Choose from 40 flavors top w/ candys or pop rocks to add to this one of a kind experience. We also carry infused energy drinks, lotus drinks & fresh squeezed lemonade.

7) Cheddars Gourmet Grilled Cheese (Helena, MT): Cheddars has been a pioneer in the food truck industry since 2013. We have won multiple awards for our gourmet flavor innovations on this traditionally homemade favorite. We regularly attend festivals and gatherings all across Montana, delivering the cheese that’s sure to please.

8) Old Faithful Franks (Livingston, MT): Old Faithful Franks is a family-run business, selling gourmet hot dogs to the masses! We take pride in our product, and offer a rotating menu of specialty dogs, with a Yellowstone Park themed name.

9) Livingston Mountain Berry Bowls (Livingston, MT): Our açaí smoothie bowls will take your taste buds on a refreshing adventure. Each bowl starts with our all-natural smoothie as a base and is topped with homemade (and gluten-free) Mountain Berry Bowls (MBB) granola. Next, you get to make it your own and decorate with your choice of FRESH fruit and superfood toppings.

10) Island Noodles (Bozeman, MT): Island Noodles offers a delicious and convenient food option! Our unique menu includes our wok fired yakisoba noodles with 21 fresh vegetables and a proprietary island style sauce. They can be ordered WITH Teriyaki Chicken or WITHOUT Teriyaki Chicken (vegan option).

11) Juniors Tacos (Whitefish, MT): We deliver Mexican homestyle flavors to festivals and fairs statewide. Founded by Junior, inspired by childhood memories of helping his mother in her food stands, Juniors embodies authentic taste, community spirit, and culinary passion in every bite.

12) Mafia Pizza (Belgrade, MT): Two small town, native Montanans bringing the taste of Italy to you, 900 degrees at a time! We pride ourselves on our handcrafted, high quality, wood fired pizzas that will transport you straight to Naples.

13) Goloso Gourmet Soft Serve(Helena, MT): Soft serve made from scratch right on our truck, using high quality Italian ingredients. Cool off with your favorite soft serve, organic frozen lemonade or frozen lemonade float. We are happy to be back to share our sweetness with you!

14) Aloha Poke Bowl (Helena, MT): We are a female owned business, and have been in business for almost one year serving the citizens of Helena MT. We serve Hawaiian Style Poke Bowl consisting of fish, chicken, beef, vegetables and rice. We also serve egg rolls, cream cheese wontons, gyoza, and Thai iced tea.

 15) Porteus BBQ (Columbia Falls, MT): All of our pigs are purchased at Kingsbury Colony and slaughtered at Vandevanter Meats. We take pride in cooking whole pigs and using all the meat for our pulled pork. We also make our own BBQ sauces.

16) Flare Pops (Polson, MT): Inspired by the paletas we enjoyed while in Mexico, our farm-to-paleta treats are created with berries and herbs grown by us at Fresh Roots Farm. We are dedicated to sustainability in growing our produce and in choosing ingredients and packaging.

17) Cowboy Catering (Bozeman, MT): Famous Baja Fish Tacos; a favorite found only at special events throughout Montana! Baked fresh rock fish on homemade corn tortillas with fresh local veggies, artisan cheeses and served with chipotle creme and salsa roja. Ultimately Fresh and Highly Addictive!

18) Coffee & Cream (Helena, MT): As a local, family-owned business our passion is coffee. Using Montana roasted beans, we offer a full coffee menu with delicious, smooth drinks. Our gelato is made from local ingredients in Italian recipes, our favorites: lemon, huckleberry, and honeyberry! We also serve BREAKFAST BURRITOS, sandwiches, and offer a variety of lunch specials at affordable prices. You don’t want to miss out!

19) WSS Rotary (White Sulphur Springs, MT): Selling ice by the bag from our booth, and also delivering throughout the festival and campgrounds!  Rotary is an international club that works to support and improve our community and the world.

SERVICE VENDORS

Triangle Communications (Statewide, MT):  Triangle Communication is proud to sponsor the festival and provide Wi-Fi to certain areas of the festival grounds.  Stay connected all weekend long for $15 or buy a day pass for $7 (fees are per device).

 

CAMPGROUND VENDORS

Yellowstone Coffee Roasters (Bozeman, MT): Located in the CAMPGROUND near the entrance to the Festival G3. Serving hot coffee, cold brew, iced tea, and fresh donuts from 7AM ‘til the music starts. Get your mornin’ rollin’ with fresh coffees roasted on our family’s homestead on the Bozeman Pass.

 Wild Productions (Anywhere, USA): Located in the CAMPGROUND near all the glamping tents at H1/H2. Our Montana-based, woman-owned merch line sells custom printed t-shirts at events. Also, enjoy your time at the festival under luxurious canvas tents furnished with real beds, natural linens, and everything you need to be comfortable all four nights of your stay. 1) Red Ants Pants (White Sulphur Springs, MT):Finally…workwear for women! Come on by for pants, shorts, belts, hoodies, aprons, and new tees, beanies, and work shirts! Plenty of room to try everything on.  And all our products are Made in the USA!

2) April Hale Jewelry (Stevensville, MT): In business since 2005, April Hale makes sustainable, handcrafted jewelry from a minimum of 50% reclaimed materials by combining blacksmithing, enameling, and fine silversmithing into a contemporary, nature-inspired aesthetic.

3) Pacific Northwest Carry (Longview, WA):For the past several years I have been making one-of-a-kind western bags from repurposed materials. From the gathering of the vintage and beautiful textiles and leathers to the design and assembly, I do it all.

4) Cofer Hat Company (Livingston, MT):John and Gina Cofer of Cofer Hat Company craft custom beaver felt hats from scratch, creating one-of-a-kind, heirloom pieces. The business originated in a small airstream trailer and now operates out of a home shop in Southwest Montana.

5) Stonewares (Sheridan, Wyoming): Cassie Stone grew up on the plains of North Central Montana. She splits her time between making ceramic jewelry, functional pottery, and conceptual art about the west.

6) Shooting Star Saddlery (Niarada, MT):Shooting Star Saddlery is dedicated to using the finest leathers to create unique items for our customers. Maker Jeff Morrow enjoys the medium of leather to create lasting products that will stand the test of time and are beautiful too. We love this festival and the good work of the Foundation and are grateful to have been vendors at each and every one so far! Please visit us in the tipi!

7) West Winds Jewelry (East Glacier, MT): Specializing in loom-beaded hat bands, bracelets, and clips; hand-beaded earrings and necklaces. Each meticulously crafted piece showcases intricate landscapes, patterns, and colors inspired by the Rocky Mountains.

8) Good Gals Vintage (Alberta, Canada): Good Gals Vintage brings out the cowpoke in anyone – providing quality made vintage western goods from the 50s-90s for all sizes and genders. From the ranch to the stage – Good Gals has everything you need!

9) Cedar Rose Creations LLC (Crow Agency, MT): Cedar Rose, a member of the Crow tribe, belongs to the Hidatsa and Arikara tribes of the Three Affiliated Tribes. Her journey as a wildland firefighter inspired Cedar Rose Creations, offering a range of handmade products sourced from the Crow Reservation, public lands, and traditional Crow homelands. Her collection includes contemporary beadwork pieces, reflecting endless possibilities in craftsmanship.

10) EiC Jewelry (Missoula, MT): EiC Jewelry makes handmade statement jewelry – earrings, necklaces, bracelets & barrettes – out of Patina Copper, Brass, Silver, and Gold Fill metals. The vision is to make ‘something from nothing’ and fill the void with beauty.

11) Echos (Manhattan, MT): At Echos, we specialize in unique, custom-made, repurposed clothing created from old jeans, shirts & linens including skirts, crop tops, tube tops and halter tops. Sizes range from kids and women sizes 2-26.

12) Sterling Jule’s – Back Road Studio (Manhattan, MT): This family of three women have come together to create a line of wearable art made from sterling silver embellished with natural stone, pearls, gemstones, fossils, and upcycled leather. Our style is inspired by Montana back roads and natural elements.

13) Howard Zehntner Horseshoe Nail Art (White Sulphur Springs, MT): Howard was born and raised within sight of the festival grounds on his family ranch. He has been welding most of his life, making needed items for the ranch and then worked his way into art objects specializing in horseshoe nails and at the festival, red ant pins.

14) Red Ants Pants Foundation (White Sulphur Springs, MT): Our mission is to develop and expand leadership roles for women, preserve and support working family farms and ranches, and enrich and promote rural communities. 15) Briggs Beard Co. (Missoula, MT): Briggs Beard Co. is a beard and body care company that specializes in all-natural products that are great for every hair and skin type. Briggs strives to provide high-quality oils and balms while reducing their environmental impact with every batch.

16) White Oak Chair Company (Bozeman, MT): Where unique, playful style meets portable outdoor quality seating. Handcrafted in Montana for years of adventures. From Glacier to the Tetons, ski hills to deserts or your backyard, we’ve got your backside covered. Grab a seat and enjoy the view.

17) Windy Raven (Three Forks, MT): After inheriting some basic leather carving tools, I started to blend my love of functional design with bold carvings. I carve a mix of western florals to modern tattoo styles on everything from wallets and purses to journals and earrings.

18) Nature’s Hair Claws (St. Maries, ID): Eli Lawrie conjures one-of-a-kind hair sticks from hardwoods, antlers & horns. She will show you what size you need for your hair type and teach you many ways to use hair forks: a healthier, pleasant alternative to rubber bands and plastic clips.

19) Mayd2fly (Cody, WY): Mayd2fly crafts silver jewelry designed for those who embody ruggedness and restlessness. Each piece is unique, created in small batches to make a bold statement for the gritty women of the west. Join the gritty spirit and be inspired to adorn yourself, discovering that you, too, are made to fly.

20) Kathy Chapman Pottery (Choteau, MT): In my small studio on the Rocky Mountain Front, I build functional stoneware pottery reflecting the color, palette and texture of Montana, using many textural techniques including floral leather carving.

21) Crazy Woman Trading & Seven Bear Studio (Big Timber, MT): Jewelry created by hand using upcycled vintage materials such as tin canisters, license plates, found objects, beverage cans, Montana river rocks, and toys. Inspiration comes from my natural surroundings. Created in the foothills of the Crazy Mountains of Montana.

22) Juju Gear (Bozeman, MT): Run by a mother and son with a passion for unique fashion and reducing waste, Juju Gear has been upcycling clothing into one-of-a-kind and comfortable pieces for almost 15 years.

23) Needle and Axe (Columbia Falls, MT): Needle and Axe is slinging stitches on a treadle sewing machine, a perfect tool for intentional slow sewing. Her commitment to the natural world and low impact living influences her creative process and the growing assortment of pieces she makes.

24) JRock Jewelry (Townsend, MT): At JRock Jewelry we love all things bling! We hand make every heirloom piece right in our shop in Townsend. We believe that when you create passionately, people can feel that. Putting smiles on other people’s faces is our mission! Check out our in-booth bangle stamping for a custom piece.

25) Kazalone Design (Belgrade, MT): Kazalone Design is a stained glass business where the owner, Kaz Chaffin, transforms art glass into a variety of handmade items reflecting the beautiful scenery and natural details of the western landscape.

26) Recaps (Cashmere, WA): Recaps crafts unique and high-quality hats. From classic trucker hats to wide-brim sun hats, we have you covered! Recaps is known for featuring hand-carved and printed block prints, all on reclaimed materials making every hat one-of-a-kind.

27) In Your Element Designs (Simpsonville, SC): Jewelry designer with the spirit of adventure, quenching your soul, grounding your core with solid craftsmanship. Montana sapphires are some of my favorite stones. Hailing from areas around Montana, explore locally crafted jewelry featuring sustainable regional elements.

28) Bella’s Bones (Emigrant, MT): Bella’s Bones combines our love of dogs and our love of roaming the Montana mountains with a bit of creativity to produce functional works of antler art with elk and deer sheds found by Bella and her friends.

29) Sturdy Girl (Helena, MT): We’re a family of Sturdy Girls that love the outdoors, but it’s hard on our skin. We crafted our All-Purpose cream with a host of natural products to moisturize and heal, for hard working skin that needs a little love.

30) Moondance Artwork (Missoula, MT): I use recycled copper, zinc, wire & beads to create unique jewelry. All of the patina copper is stained by hand. I make earrings, necklaces & cuffs. My goal is for each customer to wear an original piece of art.

31) Nature’s Second Chance Creations (Livingston, MT): Nature’s Second Chance Creations makes one-of-a-kind pieces featuring wood. We offer tables, lamps, candle holders, coaster sets; cutting and charcuterie boards; cribbage, chess, and checkerboards; key, coat, and towels racks; wall décor, and many more items. 32) Lost Ornithology (Butte, MT): Christine Martin is a fine artist currently living and working in Butte, Montana. She is a printmaker and painter whose work focuses on the celebration of local wildlife and ecosystems of Montana and the greater American West.

33) Montana Mile High Seed (Belt, MT): We are stewards of 8,000 acres dedicated to the conservation and preservation of our land. This has inspired me to use antlers, feathers, shell casings, quills, and hide to create custom pieces. Permanent Jewelry is available in gold and silver!

34) Tree of Life Doula Family Care Tent (Bozeman, MT): Are you a new mom? Come settle into this clean, cozy, and accessible area to nurse and change your baby, right next to our Kids Tent. Kelli and her team are Certified Lactation Counselors as well as doulas, so don’t hesitate to bring your feeding or newborn questions!

35) Meagher County Rodeo Club (White Sulphur Springs, MT): White Sulphur Springs, Montana hosts a two-day, action-packed professional rodeo Sunday and Monday every Labor Day weekend. We would love to have you join us for two rodeo performances, a street dance on Sunday night, and a hometown parade on Monday.

36) Rocky Mountain Songwriter Festivals, Inc. (Flathead Valley, MT): We are a non-profit 501 c-3 organization that produces the Red Lodge Songwriter Festival, the Livingston Songwriter Festival and the Yellowstone Songwriter Festival in Cody. For three days bars, cafes, and theaters become a gathering place for songwriters from Montana, Wyoming, Nashville, and around the country. Dozens of songwriters will perform in multiple venues throughout the downtown area of our host communities, all for a great cause, music education. We hope to see you there!!
