Hello Vendors!


For those of you that have been part of the past six Red Ants Pants Music Festivals, welcome back! For those of you who are new, the Red Ants Pants Music Festival will take place in White Sulphur Springs, Montana on July 27-30, 2017. Red Ants Pants is a company dedicated to making workwear for women. We are headquartered in White Sulphur Springs and all of our products are made in the USA.


A portion of the proceeds from the Music Festival goes to our non-profit, the Red Ants Pants Foundation – in support of women’s leadership, working family farms and ranches, and rural communities.


The festival will take place on the Jackson Ranch, three miles west of White Sulphur Springs, Montana. We start with a sweet clover pasture and build up the festival grounds on a working Montana cattle ranch.



In 2016 we had 16,000 people in attendance and we are expecting even more in 2017.


2017 Schedule:


Thursday, July 27

12pm: Vendor access to vendor campground opens.
12pm-6pm: Vendor set up begins.
6pm: MANDATORY VENDOR MEETING at the beer tent.
9pm: FREE Street dance on Main Street.

Friday, July 28

12pm: Vendor booth setup must be complete.
3pm-11pm: Festival grounds/vendor areas open to the public.
4pm-11pm: Music on the Main and Side Stages.
4pm-6pm: Ag & work skill demonstrations.

Saturday, July 29

11am-11pm: Festival grounds/vendor areas open to the public.
12pm-11pm: Music on the Main and Side Stages.
12pm-6pm: Ag & work skill demonstrations.

Sunday, July 30

11am–6pm: Festival grounds/vendor areas open to the public.
12pm–6pm: Music on the Main and Side Stages.
12pm-4pm: Ag and work skill demonstrations and competitions.
6pm: Vendor tear down.

Booth tear down is not permitted before the event is over. Thank you!
