2016 Vendor Applications CLOSED – check back in mid-January 2017!


Hello Vendors!

 

For those of you that have been part of the past five Red Ants Pants Music Festivals, welcome back! For those of you who are new, the Red Ants Pants Music Festival will take place in White Sulphur Springs, Montana on July 28-31, 2016. Red Ants Pants is a company dedicated to making workwear for women. We are headquartered in White Sulphur Springs and all of our products are made in the USA.

 

The Music Festival funds our non-profit, the Red Ants Pants Foundation – in support of women’s leadership, working family farms and ranches, and rural communities.


Venue:

The festival will take place on the Jackson Ranch, three miles west of White Sulphur Springs. We start with a cow pasture and build the festival grounds in good authentic Montana country.

 

Attendance:

In 2015 we had 14,000 people in attendance and we are expecting even more in 2016.

 

2016 Schedule:

 

Thursday, July 28

12pm-6pm: Vendor set up.
6pm: MANDATORY VENDOR MEETING at the beer tent.
12pm: Vendor access to vendor campground opens.
9pm: FREE Street dance on Main Street.

Friday, July 29

12pm: Vendor booth setup must be complete.
3pm: Festival grounds/vendor areas open to the public.
4pm-11pm: Music on the Main Stage.

 

Saturday, July 30

11am-11pm: Festival grounds/vendor areas open to the public.
12pm-11pm: Music on the Main Stage.
12pm-6pm: Ag & work skill demonstrations and competitions.

Sunday, July 31

11am–6pm: Festival grounds/vendor areas open to the public.
12am–6pm: Music on the Main Stage.
12pm-4pm: Ag and work skill demonstrations and competitions.
6pm: Vendor tear down.
