The Two Tracks are based out of Sheridan, Wyoming, at the foot of the Bighorn Mountains. From rock’n roll to country, from bluegrass to folk, the music is expertly crafted, addictive “Americana with a Wyoming touch.” Their newly released debut album, selected from years of songwriting, features original tracks by Julie Szewc on guitar/vocals. David Huebner adds a unique tone to the group with cello and electric guitar, as well as tight vocal harmonies and his own original songs destined for the next album. Fred Serna drives this train with decades of experience on the drums, and Russell Smith, a Bozeman area staple, recently joined the group on upright bass/vocals. Guests on the album include legendary Nashville pedal steel guitarist Bruce Bouton (Garth Brooks). Their songs draw upon images of the rural mountain west, intermixed with love and heartache and an added touch of groove.
